Own or manage a Vrbo property? Whenever a traveler books your property, Vrbo will charge a certain commission in exchange for listing your vacation rental.

• Expect a 5% commission charge for the rental amount and any fees, including the cleaning or pet fees and any additional payments.
• There is a 3% payment processing fee charged on the total amount you receive from the booking, including taxes and refundable damage deposits.
